4Climateresilience provides environmental and social (E&S) safeguards advisory support to the FISH-ADAPT project, a Green Climate Fund (GCF) initiative strengthening climate resilience in Saint Lucia’s fisheries and aquaculture sector. The project addresses financial, technical, institutional, and information barriers affecting climate resilience. Support includes ensuring compliance with environmental and social safeguards through the implementation, monitoring, and reporting of Environmental and Social Management Plans (ESMPs), the Environmental and Social Action Plan (ESAP), and related safeguard instruments.
